Registration Desk Hours
Wednesday 12 August | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday 13 August | 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday 14 August | 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
On arrival at the conference, please collect your badge and other materials at the registration desk. Friendly staff will be on hand during opening hours indicated above, to answer your questions and provide information about the meeting, venue and surrounds.
Speaker Preparation Room: is in Chancellor 5 on the Mezzanine
Level.
If you are presenting in a workshop, please ensure you head to the TV
technician at the back of your room.

Dinner Buses
Buses have been arranged to shuttle delegates to and from Glen Albyn Estate from the Hotel Grand Chancellor. For transport to this venue please meet out the front of the Hotel at 6:30 pm for the shuttle bus.
From dinner venue:
We have arranged for the buses to shuttle from Glen Albyn Estate in two runs - 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm to drop back off at the Hotel.
